Record List Settings

To finish configuring your record list, you will apply the appropriate Settings from the settings tab. 

	Name	The title of the record list as it will appear in the custom record list listing.
	Disable drill down to record details	When enabled, users WILL NOT be allowed to click on a row and view the individual record report for the record.
	Wrap all column text	When enabled, longer text will be wrapped rather than truncated in the listing.
	Default Sort Column	This is the sort column for the record list upon load/export.
	Default Sort Direction	This is the sort order for the record list upon load/export.
	Data Source	This is set upon record list creation and cannot be altered. If a different data source is required, a new list must be created.
	Threshold Colors	For any column(s) you wish to highlight based on values, you can create a threshold condition to alter the background color or text color.  Note: These settings do not apply to exports
