When you create a new external program, you will immediately be redirected to the Program Setup screen, where you can set up the form that will receive the data you will be importing.
For each section you will be adding to the form, you must enter the:
Section Label |
This label will appear on the individual record reports as a header above the questions in the section and, if there are scored questions in the section, will have a section score. |
Section Column Name |
This label is stored in the database and cannot be edited after it is created; only alpha-numeric characters, '-', and '_' are allowed. For example, if your section label is Interior Cleanliness, your section column name might be INT_CLEAN, or similar. |
Enter the label and column name for your first section on your form, and then click on Add Section to create additional sections on your form.
For each question on the form, toggle Required on/off, whichever is applicable; if this is on then there must be data for the question in your import file.
Then fill in all fields for that question:
Question Label |
This label will appear as the question text on the individual record reports. |
Question Column Name |
This label will appear as a column header in the template you will use to import your data and cannot be edited after it is created; only alpha-numeric characters, '-', and '_' are allowed. For example, if your question label is Was the floor inside the store clean?, your question column name might be FLOOR_CLEAN, or similar. |

This determines what type of data may be imported to the question. Options are:

The following settings and fields apply to Single Select and Multi Select questions only. |

Scored |
Indicate if the question is scored and assign the point value if it is. |
Answer Label |
This label will appear as the answer text on the individual record reports. |
Answer Value |
You will use this value in your import file to indicate which response applies to that question for that record. For example, if your answer label is Yes or No, your answer value might be Y or N, or similar. |
Points |
If the question is scored, indicate the point value of that answer. |
Click on Add Question to create additional questions on your form.
When your form is finished, click on Save.
You can then download the form template, which you will populate with your program data, so that it can be imported.
