The Overview Dashboard is the default landing page for users when they access Intelligence (IQ). This view provides a high-level snapshot of activity from the past 30 days across your locations, including:
Product Volume: A count of records collected per product.
Program Performance: Total records collected and average scores per program.
Favorite Views: Quick access to your bookmarked views and reports.
Recent Case Activity: Updates on cases related to your locations.
Recent Submissions: A list of the most recent records submitted for your locations.
Admin Note: Administrators can change the default landing page for their users by following these instructions.
