Depending on which products your organization is using (and which products you have been granted access to) you will see product-specific dashboards for Audit, Check, Shop, and Survey programs in the Standard Dashboards.
The widgets, charts, and tables on these dashboards will vary depending on the product.
You will also see a product dashboard for External Programs if your organization is using that feature in IQ.
By default, the dashboards for Audit, Check, Shop, and Survey:
- Include data for the past 30 days but date range filters are available
- Will include data for all programs for the product however, you can easily filter the product dashboard to a specific program
Users can click on to drill down and view the record data from any of the widgets, charts, and tables on the dashboards.
