Sentiment Dashboard

For organizations that have sentiment analysis enabled, a Sentiment Dashboard is available in IQ.

This dashboard:

• Defaults to the past 30 days but date range filters are available
• Provides aggregate sentiment results for all programs where sentiment analysis is enabled however, you can easily filter the data to a specific product or program using the global filters on the page

The charts, graphs, and tables include:

• A count of records with sentiment
• A breakdown of records with sentiment (i.e. negative, positive, neutral)
• A keyword sentiment word cloud
• A breakdown of program sentiment for top 10 and bottom 10 results
• An overall sentiment chart that includes the organization's sentiment results
