To view the list of triggers that have been set up for your organization, or to create a new trigger, head to the Intouch Insight Platform and click on Automation Hub from the left-side navigation menu.
Once in the Automation Hub, click on Triggers.
If any triggers have already been set up, you will see:
- The name of each trigger
- The trigger descriptions
- The event each trigger is dependent upon
- If the trigger is enabled (I.e. turned on)
- Who created each trigger and last updated it
- The date each trigger was last updated
From this list, you can:
