When you navigate to the Records List page in IQ you will, by default, land on a Standard Record list for one of your Intouch products. The record lists you see on the page will depend on which Intouch products your organization is using, as well as which products you have access to.
In this article, we'll show how to access records lists, detail each view, and explain the features available.
Access Standard Record Lists
- In the left-side navigation menu, click on Records.
- Standard Record lists are found in the top section of the left pane.
List details
Audit Records
View a list of all completed Audit records. This record list includes columns for the:
- Document date (visit date)
- Report cycle
- Program name
- Hierarchy name
- Received date
- Score percentage
Check Records
View a list of all completed Check records. This record list includes columns for the:
- Document date (check date)
- Checked by
- Outcome label
- Program name
- Hierarchy name
- Score percentage
Shop Records
View a list of all completed Shop records. This record list includes columns for the:
- Document date (visit date)
- Report cycle
- Program name
- Hierarchy name
- Received date
- Score percentage
Survey Records
View a list of all completed Survey records. This record list includes columns for the:
- Document date
- Distribution Type
- Program name
- Hierarchy name
- Score percentage
List Features
Sort:
By default, the records in the record list will be sorted by the Document Date column, from newest to oldest. Click on any column header to sort on that column.
Search:
A search feature is available on each of the standard record lists, which allows you to search for specific details in each of the columns in the record list.
Filter:
Global filters are available on the standard record lists to allow you to view records for a specific date range, program, hierarchy node, etc. When global filters are applied to a list, only the records that meet ALL filter conditions will be presented. When exporting a record list, the filters applied prior to exporting will also be applied to the export. When subscribing to a record list, the filters applied prior to subscribing will also be applied to the scheduled export/subscription.
Drill in:
Click on any row to access the full record details via the individual report.
Favorite:
Click the star icon to add the list to your favorites.

Export:
Open the triple dot action menu and select 'Download' to export the data presented in the list.
Open the triple dot action menu and select 'Download Raw Data' to export the full data set including question and section data.
Subscribe:
Open the triple dot action menu to create a subscription (email or integration).
