Types of Record Lists

There are two classifications of record lists within the Intouch Intelligence platform.

• Standard Record Lists
• Custom Record Lists

Standard Record Lists: 

Standard record lists are available to all customers with Intouch Intelligence reporting, however, an organization's available lists will be limited based on the products and features they have enabled. Further, an individual user's available lists will be limited based on the products and features they have been granted access to. The data presented by standard record lists is fixed and cannot be modified. Features such as drill in (access to individual records), searching for records, global filters, favoriting, exporting and subscribing are available on standard record lists.

List	Availability	Details
Audit Record List	All users with access to the IntouchAudit product.	This product-specific list includes all audit type data, subject to the global filters applied. This view includes: Document Date, Cycle, Program Name, Hierarchy Name, and score percentage for each record.
Check Record List	All users with access to the IntouchCheck product.	This product-specific list includes all Check type data, subject to the global filters applied. This view includes: Document Date, Auditor Name, Outcome, Program Name, Hierarchy Name, and score percentage for each record.
Shop Dashboard	All users with access to the IntouchShop product.	This product-specific list includes all shop type data, subject to the global filters applied. This view includes: Document Date, Cycle, Program Name, Hierarchy Name, and score percentage for each record.
Survey Dashboard	All users with access to the IntouchSurvey product.	This product-specific list includes all survey type data, subject to the global filters applied. This view includes: Document Date, Distribution Type, Program Name, Hierarchy Name, and score percentage for each record.
External Data Dashboard	All users for organizations with access to 'External Data' feature.	This product-specific list includes all external data (imported data), subject to the global filters applied. This view includes: Document Date, Program Name, Hierarchy Name, Received Date, and score percentage for each record.

Custom Record Lists:

Custom record lists are available to customers with the Custom Dashboards reporting add-on. Admin users and users with Advanced Intelligence permissions are able to create and share these record lists with other users.  The format and contents of each of these lists are configured by the list creator as each list is built column by column. Features such as drill in (access to individual records), searching for records, global filters, favoriting, exporting and subscribing are available on custom record lists. Additionally, with custom record lists you can add ANY data points from your programs to the list. This includes question level responses/scores/comments, section scores, program scores and other record details like weather conditions, dates and more. You can also set threshold colours for enhanced online viewing, and apply fixed filters to your list to ensure your audience is seeing exactly what you want.
