In the filter bar above a report, open the Preset Filters menu and click on Manage saved filters to navigate to the Preset Filters list on the Settings page in IQ if you would like to delete a filter you've saved.
Click on the triple-dot menu and delete the filter.
Admin users and users with IQ Advanced Settings access will also see an option for sharing the preset filters they've created with other users in the organization.
Sharing options include:
| Private: This is the default for all preset filters and the dashboard will only be visible to the user who created it | |
| Public: The dashboard will be visible to all users across your organization, and can be edited by other Admin users and users with IQ Advanced Settings access | |
| User: The dashboard will be visible only to the individual user(s) you select, and can be edited by other Admin users and users with IQ Advanced Settings access, if they have visibility | |
| Group: The dashboard will be visible only to the user group(s) you select, and can be edited by other Admin users and users with IQ Advanced Settings access, if they have visibility |
