If you would like to download your results to share with members of your organization that are not platform users you can 'Download a PDF' version of any individual record.
To download a record PDF:
1) Navigate to Intelligence from the products menu
2) Navigate to the Individual Record Report that you would like to download
Tip: The easiest way to access and individual record is through the records lists.
Use global filters to narrow down the listing for the selected product list.
4) Click on the appropriate record from the listing to access the individual record report.
5) Open the triple-dot (action) menu on the record and select 'Download PDF'.
6) Select the appropriate options for your needs, then click download. Not sure which options to select? Check out this article.
Tip: If your download does not start:
1) Check your address bar to ensure pop-ups are not blocked.
2) Click the blocked icon and select 'Always allow'
