Export Check Photo Archive or Photo Summary

You can export the photos or photo details for all photos that have been uploaded to a Check audit from the Hierarchy Summary standard dashboard.

Apply filters to the dashboard to export photos/photo details for a specific date range, based on program section score results, hierarchy tags or attributes, etc.

 To export a photo archive or photo summary:

• Go to the Hierarchy Summary standard dashboard and pick the product, program, and hierarchy node to generate the list of records you wish to export
• If applicable, apply global filters to the dashboard
• Click on the  icon at the top of the report

After you've clicked on the export icon, a new window will open, where you will see the:

• Program name
• Hierarchy details
• Date range for the data
• Recipient email address

You have several options to choose from for the Output Transform type for your export. Select Photo Archive or Photo Summary.

Photo Archive:

• Used for Check audits.
• Will generate a .zip file of all photos that were uploaded to the audits.
• You have the option to include question-level photos with this export type.

Photo Summary:

• Used for Check audits.
• Will generate a .csv file listing the:
  • Photo file name
  • Audit date
  • Location name
  • Auditor name
  • Checklist name
  • Question label (when applicable)
  • Question score (when applicable)
• You have the option to include question-level photos with this export type.

After you've selected your Output Transform type and options, click on Export to request the download.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation... 

...and an email will be delivered to you shortly, which includes a link to the download.

When you receive the email notification, simply click on the link provided, and you will be redirected to the IQ download page, where you can retrieve the file.

If you have logged out of IQ, you will be required to log in again in order to download the export.
