Export Question-Level Raw Data – IntouchIntelligence

Question-level data for your program records can be exported to a .csv file from the Hierarchy Summary standard dashboard.

Apply filters to the dashboard to view and export data for a specific date range, based on program section score results, hierarchy tags or attributes, etc.

To export question-level data:

Go to the Hierarchy Summary standard dashboard and pick the product, program, and hierarchy node to generate the list of records you wish to export
If applicable, apply global filters to the dashboard
Click on the icon at the top of the report

After you've clicked on the export icon, a new window will open, where you will see the:

Program name
Hierarchy details
Date range for the data
Recipient email address

You have several options to choose from for the Output Transform type for your export; choose Raw to generate a file with question-level data.

Raw Data:

Can be used to download data for any product.
Will generate a .csv file of all questions and responses, including overall, section, and question scores.
With the raw data export you can choose to show the Question Label or Question ID in the question column headers.
You can also choose to display the responses as the Answer Label (i.e. the answer text) or the Answer Value (e.g. ok or not-ok)

After you've selected your Output Transform type and options, click on Export to request the download.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation...

...and an email will be delivered to you shortly, which includes a link to the download.

When you receive the email notification, simply click on the link provided, and you will be redirected to the IQ download page, where you can retrieve the file.

If you have logged out of IQ, you will be required to log in again in order to download the export.
