The download feature is not available on all chart types.

The download feature on dashboard charts can be used to easily download a copy of the chart to, for example, use in a presentation, send to a colleague, etc. |
Simply mouse over the chart or click on the three dot button on the chart and click on the Download as Image option on the dropdown to download the chart.
The chart will download as a .png image file.
