When you navigate to Case Management within Intelligence, you will land on the 'Open' case list. The left menu provides access to view additional filtered lists of cases:
Note: Each list will include only cases associated to locations that your user has access to based on your individual hierarchy permissions.
All
Includes all cases sorted, in descending order, by date created.
In Progress
Includes all cases that are currently in the status 'In Progress'.
Assigned to Me
Includes all cases that are currently assigned to you.
Following
Includes all cases that you are currently following. By default, you will automatically follow any cases that you are the creator on, you have commented on, or you have been assigned to.
Note: You can manually follow any case by clicking the bell icon on the case. When the bell is solid, you are following
Open
Includes all cases that are currently in the status 'Open'.
Due
Includes all cases where the due date is the current date or later. This list is sorted in ascending order, by due date.
Overdue
Includes all cases where the due date is in the past. This list is sorted in ascending order, by due date.
Unassigned
Includes all cases where there is currently no assignee.
Resolved
Includes all cases that are currently in the status 'Resolved'.
Canceled
Includes all cases that are currently in the status 'Cancelled'.
If you find that the provided lists do not allow you to locate your critical cases efficiently, you can also create your own 'Custom List'.
