If you find that the provided case lists do not allow you to locate your critical cases efficiently, you can also create your own 'Custom Lists'.
- When viewing the Case Management page in Intelligence, add all applicable filters that you would like included in your custom list. To add filters, click the global filters button on the right-hand side.
- When the menu expands, select the appropriate filters you would like to save. This may include the date created, due date, assignee, or any combination of the available filters.
3. Once you have selected your filters, In the bottom right corner of the panel, select 'Save as List'.
4. Enter an appropriate name for your list, then click 'Create List'.
5. You can now access this list directly at any point under the 'Custom Lists' section of the left panel.
