Record-level data for your program records can be exported from both standard and custom records lists in IQ.
If you are exporting from a standard record list the file will include, at a minimum, the document date, program name, location name, and the record score.
Exports from a custom record list will include data for each column in the report.
To export data:
- Go to the standard record list for the product (i.e. Audit, Check, Shop, or Survey) or a custom record list
- If applicable, apply the desired filters to the list of records in the report
- Click on the triple-dot menu at the top of the report
- Click on Export
After you've clicked on Export, a new window will open, where you can specify the:
- Export format (CSV or Excel)
Click on Export; depending on the quantity of data your data export can take upwards of 5-10 mins. Once generated, an email will be sent to you with a link.
When you receive the email notification, simply click on the link provided and you will be redirected to the IQ download page, where you can retrieve the file.
If you have logged out of IQ/LiaCX, you will be required to log in again in order to download the export.
